I have read a ton of these reviews and I'm mind blown because I order from woot all the time and got the same level of customer service as Amazon provides the times there were problems they were resolved in one chat and I couldn't of been happier and tell everyone about woot on the daily…one problem I realized that woot was charging me shipping even though I am a prime member (I was using klarna or Sezzle so I'm guessing this somehow was the issue) the rep looked into it and refunded (not store credit but original payment forms) and the money was back on the debit cards I used to pay no problem.
